Alex Kotz is a Partner at the firm of Sperber Kahan Law Group PLLC. Alex has over a decade of experience handling all phases of real estate transactions, including but not limited to, the acquisition and sale of cooperative and condominium apartments, brownstones, single and multi-family properties, and mixed-use and commercial properties. Alex represented purchasers, sellers, investors, and banks throughout New York State, with his primary focus on transactions within the five boroughs and Westchester County. Alex takes tremendous pride in his work and the relationships he develops with clients.
