Anna Zhou is a Partner at Sperber Kahan Law Group PLLC. Anna started her legal career as an associate in 2019, working with the founding Partners, Steven B. Sperber and Eric H. Kahan. Anna focuses her practice on residential and commercial real estate litigation, representing primarily owners/landlords. Anna regularly appears in New York County and Kings County housing and civil courts and co-manages the firm’s Kings County case portfolio. Anna’s practice also includes motion practice in court proceedings (Supreme Court, Civil Court, and Housing Court), as well as administrative matters involving DHCR, HPD and DOB. Anna further represents owner/landlord clients in the negotiation and preparation of commercial leases.
