Daniel Garcia Tejada is an Associate at Sperber Kahan Law Group PLLC. Daniel started practicing law in his home country of Dominican Republic in 2008. Daniel moved to New York in 2012. Daniel started his landlord-tenant practice with N.A.I.C.A., where he represented residential tenants. Daniel regularly appears in New York County, Kings County and Bronx County Housing Court. Daniel is a fierce advocate for our clients and is the frontline of our litigation practice.
