Helen Hanna Kim

Helen Hanna Kim is an Associate at Sperber Kahan Law Group PLLC, where she specializes in a wide range of real estate and commercial matters, including breach of contract, real estate purchase and sales conflicts, landlord-tenant disputes, construction litigations, rent stabilization issues, mechanic’s liens, and co-op building conflicts in Civil, Supreme, Federal, and administrative proceedings. She is experienced in managing complex cases from inception to resolution, including drafting motions, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. Helen’s practice at Sperber Kahan also involves extensive motion practice, including dispositive motions such as summary judgment and motions to dismiss, as well as preparing discovery requests, pleadings, correspondences, and settlement agreements. She regularly appears in court and has successfully negotiated favorable settlements in a variety of real estate and commercial disputes. Before joining this firm, Helen gained valuable litigation experience in both New Jersey and New York courts, handling matters ranging from municipal law and property tax disputes to employment law and insurance defense.
