Paul is an Associate of Sperber Kahan Law Group PLLC. Prior to entering into the legal field, Paul worked in real estate project management and finance, which included both single family developments in his hometown on Long Island and large-scale commercial to residential conversion projects in Manhattan.

During law school, Paul gained interest in the real estate practice, including but not limited to, real estate transactions, property law and legal frameworks governing the market. Additionally, his education at Cardozo has provided him with a strong foundation in the intricacies of legal practice, allowing him to navigate the complexities of real estate law with confidence and efficiency. Paul is committed to providing diligent and strategic legal support to clients.
