Ross Gilmore
Ross Gilmore is a Partner at the law firm of Sperber Kahan Law Group PLLC. Ross focuses his practice on residential and commercial real estate litigation in the County of Bronx, although he regularly appears in Civil Court in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Areas of litigation and trial experience encompass disputes relating to properties subject to various regulations, including the rent stabilization code, rent control law, and those subject to various Section 8 subsidies. Representation also includes supportive housing programs, HDFCs, Mitchell-Lama co-ops, and free market co-ops. Additionally, Ross defends landlords against lawsuits and code infractions issued by New York State agencies such as the DHCR, DHPD, and DOB.
